GYM SLEIGHERS CONDITIONING CLASS

Ready for your strongest season yet? Target multiple muscle groups in one blast with Tasmin’s 20-minute strength and conditioning class, featuring a three-set workout plus two ‘cardio kicker’ sessions as a special holiday treat. Suitable for beginners to pros, you’ll need a pair of medium and heavy dumbbells but if not, exercises can all be modified to work with what you have at home.

ZEN SEEKERS FLOW

When all you want for the holidays is some time out to relax and recharge, this is the one for you. In this 25-minute yoga class, Fran will lead you through some relaxing vinyasa flows

before finishing with a deep heart opener where you’ll have time to pause and reflect on the year gone by.

PACE CHASERS RUNNING DRILLS

Hit the holiday season running with this 20-minute workout, designed to accompany all your road, trail and track sessions. You’ll start with 5-minutes of mobility before moving into three rounds of three exercises before finishing with a plyometrics round aimed at getting your heart rate up!

KITCHEN DISCO

What’s the holiday season without a night of dancing? Join Lydia in this 20-minute dance cardio class aimed at getting you moving and getting that heart rate right up! The perfect way to get all your friends and family moving together, you’ll easily clock up your step count and discover a new way to enjoy time in the kitchen together this season.
