For the days when you need a little motivation to get going, allow yourself 10 minutes with our POWER 10 workout.
No equipment is needed, just yourself and a mat if you have one. Frame’s Alexus will guide you through mobilising your joints, gently working those muscles and even squeezing in a mini cardio burst for good measure.
